The company formerly known as Imprimis Pharmaceuticals has changed its name to Harrow Health, Inc., according to a press release.

“Our new name reflects our business model of creating, investing in, operating and growing a diversified portfolio of health care businesses that meet the needs of health care providers and patients across America,” CEO Mark L. Baum said.

Businesses and subsidiaries under the Harrow Health umbrella will continue using their existing names including ImprimisRx and Park compounding.

Harrow will trade as HROW on the NASDAQ Capital Markets beginning Jan. 2, 2019.
