Alcon has started an online resource called the Alcon Experience Academy, which will house educational materials and offer training for eye care professionals, the company announced in a press release.

The website, AlconExperienceAcademy.com, has more than 500 training videos and will feature webcasts by eye care specialists and personalized videos and curricula, the release said.

“The Alcon Experience Academy underscores our dedication to the continuous education of the eye health community by offering opportunities to discover the latest advancements in ophthalmic technology at global Alcon Experience Centers or within their own practices,” Alcon CEO David Endicott said in the release. “Through our industry-leading educational resources, we are fully committed to providing best-in-class training to help shape the future of eye care and to provide opportunities for the best-possible patient outcomes.”
