Imprimis posts 27% revenue increase in fourth quarter

Imprimis Pharmaceuticals reported $7.3 million in revenues in the fourth quarter of 2017, an increase of 27% from the fourth quarter of 2016, according to a press release.

The company posted a net loss of $2.8 million in the quarter compared with a net loss of $6.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2016.

For the full year, revenues increased from $20 million to $26.8 million, while the net loss decreased from $19 million in 2016 to $12 million in 2017.

Ophthalmology-related revenues totaled $5.8 million in the quarter, an increase of 64%.
