Eyenovia has filed an initial public offering to raise money to advance its micro-dosing technology, according to paperwork filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The emerging company looks to raise $35 million with the offering, and its proposed Nasdaq Capital Market symbol is “EYEN.”
Eyenovia’s topical piezo-print micro-therapeutic approach to dosing, which delivers an 8-µL electronic micro-dose ejection of phenylephrine, has shown positive results in a recent phase 2 study compared with a 32-µL dose.
