LISBON, Portugal — At the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons meeting here, Marc Töteberg-Harms, MD, discusses his personal experience with the Iridex micropulse cyclophotocoagulation system. He said that the micropulse procedure delivers much less pain than patients experienced with previous versions, and it does not cause cyclodestruction. Many of his patients are opting for the procedure over incisional glaucoma procedures.
