Nicox reported a net loss of 12.2 million euros in the first 6 months of 2017 compared with a net loss of 12.9 million euros in the same period of 2016, according to a press release.
Operating expenses decreased from 12 million euros in 2016’s first 6 months to 10.2 million euros in the same period of 2017. The decrease was attributed to lower research and development expenses.
The company had cash and cash equivalents totaling 20.4 million euros as of June 30 compared with 28.9 million euros on Dec. 31, 2016.
