Bausch + Lomb will launch a daily eye vitamin that helps replenish nutrients that eyes can lose as they age, the company announced in a press release.

Ocuvite Adult 50+ Formula Minigels, which include highly concentrated fish oil, will replace the currently offered Ocuvite Adult 50+ soft gels. The new product is 25% smaller, making the minigels easier to swallow, the release said.

“We’re continually looking at ways to enhance our existing product portfolio to better meet the needs of our customers and their patients. As the flagship product within the product line, the new Ocuvite Adult 50+ Formula Minigels are just one example,” Joseph Gordon, Bausch + Lomb’s president of consumer health & vision care, said in the release.
