BALTIMORE ― At the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology meeting here, Giuseppe Querques, MD, PhD, discusses a pilot study of Ozurdex (Allergan) in the reduction of ischemia in patients with diabetic retinopathy. Querques reports a three-fold reduction in eyes treated with intravitreal steroids in the eyes studied.
