KOLOA, Hawaii ― At Hawaiian Eye 2017, Andrew R. Harrison, MD, relates tips for evaluating patients before performing a small incision brow pexy. One thing to keep in mind when assessing a patient for an upper blepharoplasty is that the outer brow, which can cause crowding, may be a cause of the drooping, he said.
