NEW YORK -- Addressing dissatisfaction after premium lens surgery begins with preoperative screening and communicating fully with patients, Kendall E. Donaldson, MD, MS, said at the OSN New York meeting. For those who are dissatisfied after surgery, treating residual refractive errors is key, she said.
