At Hawaiian Eye 2016, Malik Y. Kahook, MD, discusses the evolution of microinvasive glaucoma surgery and how combined MIGS is showing promise in cases of moderate to advanced glaucoma in which IOP reduction to the low teens is the goal. In advanced cases, combined MIGS can delay trabeculectomy or tube surgery, Kahook said.
