CHICAGO — Lumenis announced the launch of a new photocoagulator at the American Academy of Ophthalmology meeting here.

The Smart 532 photocoagulator is powered by SmartPulse sub-threshold technology and includes a new user interface and touch screen, according to a company announcement.
