COPENHAGEN — At the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons meeting here, Amir Hamid, MD, discusses a study comparing the Symfony extended range of vision IOL with trifocal IOLs. While patients with trifocal IOLs had a higher rate of spectacle independence, patient satisfaction was higher with the Symfony IOL, the study showed.
