OCTANe announced the agenda for its third Ophthalmology Technology Summit on June 21 at the Center Club in Costa Mesa, California.

In addition to panel discussions on groundbreaking technologies, unmet clinical needs and new business opportunities, the summit will feature a keynote with David Pyott, former CEO of Allergan, who will be interviewed by Jim Mazzo, CEO of AcuFocus.

“Orange County represents the global epicenter of innovation for new products and services in ophthalmology,” Bill Carpou, CEO of OCTANe, said in a press release. “This has uniquely positioned OCTANe to provide early-stage financing and growth services through our LaunchPad accelerator and later-stage funding through Visionary Ventures.”

Approximately 225 individuals are expected to attend the summit, including industry leaders, investors, executives from early-stage companies and physicians.
