Moria announced the release of a single-use donor vacuum guarded punch for endothelial graft preparation.
The device has a 350-µm guarded blade designed to score Descemet’s membrane with one press, according to a press release. The blade makes a non-penetrating trephination with a 360° stromal incision without a hinge.
The guarded punch is available in six diameters. For tissue preparation, 9.5 mm and 10 mm sizes are available. For finalizing the endothelial graft size, 7.5 mm, 7.75 mm, 8 mm and 8.5 mm sizes are available.
