BASSANO DEL GRAPPA, Italy — At the Bassano Ophthalmology Meeting, Roberto Bellucci, MD, reported the successful surgical management of a difficult case of Urrets-Zavalia syndrome, in which pupil constriction was achieved using several passes of 10-0 Prolene suture, resulting in equally sized pupils bilaterally and reduction of glare.
