Heidelberg Engineering GmbH establishes presence in Australia
Heidelberg Engineering announced its establishment of operations in Melbourne, Australia.
“We like to thank Juergen Salwat and Carey Hazelbank very much for their strong commitment to Heildelberg Engineering. Their continuous efforts have led to a strong business performance over many years,” Christoph Schoess, managing director of Heidelberg Engineering, said in a press release.
The Melbourne based Heidelberg Engineering Pty Ltd will offer the full range of Heidelberg Retina Tomograph (HRT), Heidelberg Edge Perimeter (HEP) devices and the inclusive platform of SPECTRALIS products. Carey Hazelbank will lead Heidelberg Engineering as general manager. Hazelbank served alongside Juergen Salway as a managing partner of Optech Diagnostic & Surgical Pty Ltd. who distributed Heidelberg products for over 20 years. – by Camille Dapkins
