Global net sales of Eylea increased 48% to $2.78 billion in 2014, according to a press release from Regeneron. Eylea (aflibercept) net sales in the United States totaled $1.736 billion, a 23% increase from 2013. Outside of the United States, net sales increased to $1.039 billion from $472 million in 2013.
In the fourth quarter 2014, Eylea global net sales increased 39% to $815 million. Quarterly net sales increased 29% to $518 million in the United Stated and to $297 million outside of the United States.
Regeneron’s total revenues increased to $2.82 billion in 2014, a 34% increase from $2.105 billion in 2013. Revenues were $802 million in the fourth quarter 2014, a 31% increase from $610 million in the fourth quarter of the previous year.
