Topcon to exhibit several new products at AAO

CHICAGO — Topcon Medical Systems is launching several new products at the American Academy of Ophthalmology meeting here, according to a company press release.
“The wide range of new instruments and software that we are introducing at the AAO 2014 meeting demonstrates our commitment to bringing innovative technology to the marketplace,” Topcon president, Sam Ogino, said in the release. “Our goal is to empower practitioners by providing them with the tools they need to effectively treat, diagnose, work and grow their practice.”
The new products include the KR-800S Auto Kerato/Refractometer, the Aladdin/KR-800S Package, the SL-D701+ and DC-4+, the TRC-NW400, the TRC-NW8F Plus, the PASCAL Laser Indirect Ophthalmoscope (LIO)+, the TRK-2P, the CT-800+, the SP-1P and the Synergy Ophthalmic Data Management System version 4.0.
Not all of the products are currently available in the United States, according to the release.
