Iridex reported $10.1 million in revenues in the third quarter, a 6% increase from $9.5 million in the third quarter of 2013, according to a press release.

In the first 9 months of 2014, revenues totaled $31 million, a 12% increase from the first 9 months of 2013.

Operating income was $0.6 million, compared with $0.7 million a year ago. Net income totaled $0.5 million, or $0.05 per diluted share, equaling the third quarter of 2013.

Iridex expects revenue of $10.9 million to $11.2 million in the fourth quarter.
