RaySert Plus IOL injector earns 510(k) clearance

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has granted Rayner Intraocular Lenses Limited 510(k) clearance for the company’s new injector, RaySert Plus, according to a company press release. 

The injector is designed to implant the C-flex Aspheric IOL through a wound-assisted 2.2 mm or 2.4 mm clear corneal incision, according to the press release.
