Iridex signed a distribution agreement with Salient Medical Solutions that will permit Salient to sell Iridex products throughout Canada, according to a press release.

Iridex’s full line of products, including MicroPulse laser systems, EndoProbe, GreenTip Membrane Scraper and G-Probe Glaucoma Device, will be available through Salient.

“Salient is an ideal partner as they have strong relationships with many of the leading ophthalmic surgeons who are looking for durable treatment options for their growing number of diabetic and glaucoma patients,” Tim Buckley, Iridex vice president of marketing and North American sales, said in the release.
