Iridex reported revenues of $10.6 million for the fourth quarter 2013, which is a 15% increase over $9.2 million reported for the comparable period in 2012, a press release said.

Quarterly operating income was $0.6 million, compared with $0.3 million in the fourth quarter 2012.

Continuing operations net income was $0.4 million, or $0.04 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter, compared with $0.3 million, or $0.03 per diluted share, for the same period the prior year.

For the full-year 2013, revenues were $38.3 million, an increase of 13% from $33.9 million in 2012.

Annual operating income was $2.6 million, up from an operating loss of $0.9 million in 2012, while net income from continuing operations was $2.2 million, or $0.22 per diluted share, compared with a loss of $0.2 million, or $0.02 per diluted share, for 2012.
