Oasis Medical and AJL Ophthalmic have entered into an exclusive agreement for the sales and distribution of Intacs corneal implants, according to a press release.

In January 2013, AJL Ophthalmic acquired Addition Technology, which continues to manufacture Intacs and is the U.S. Food and Drug administration approved humanitarian device exemption holder of the device.

Intacs corneal implants treat keratoconus and are approved by the FDA for the treatment of myopia, the release said.
