Ellex Medical Lasers Limited has acquired the canaloplasty business of iScience Interventional, according to a press release.

This includes the iTrack 250 catheter and suture device for the treatment of mild to moderate glaucoma.

The business will trade as Ellex iScience Inc., according to the release.

Production of the iTrack 250 will continue out of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration-approved facility in Menlo Park, Calif. Expansion of the canaloplasty clinical training team will start immediately to better support customers, the release said.
