Vasculitic leakage on FA

Vasculitis is an inflammation of the blood vessels and causes changes in the walls of the vessels, including thickening, weakening, narrowing and scarring. Retinal fluorescein angiography is often used as a diagnostic aid to determine the level of damage to these vessels. Here, both the superior arteries and veins show leakage through the vessel walls. Instead of the usual monochrome fluorescein angiography image, the color fundus settings have been used with the exciter filter in place without the barrier filter.
