CHICAGO — In a ceremony that lauded her accomplishments and her ability to inspire others, OSN Refractive Surgery Board Member Marguerite B. McDonald, MD, accepted the first Visionary Woman Award given by Ophthalmic Women Leaders.

“I look forward to continuing to be inspired by all of you,” Dr. McDonald said in her acceptance of the award.

The award recognizes a woman who is instrumental in advancing women in the field of eye care.
