ST. LOUIS, Mo. — TLCVision’s first quarter consolidated net revenues increased 9% to $77.6 million from the first quarter of 2005, the company said in a press release.

Total refractive revenues were up 7% to $58.9 million, which TLCVision said reflected higher average selling prices in the centers’ business and as a result of acquisitions made in 2005. Total refractive procedures decreased 1% in the centers business, the company said in the release.

Other healthcare services accounted for the remaining $18.6 million, the company said. First quarter highlights for the company included opening five LASIK Select centers and selling enough OccuLogix stock in early April to lower the company’s overall holding to less than 50%.
