ST. LOUIS — TLCVision’s net revenues for the third quarter were $56.6 million, up 23% from the third quarter of 2003, the company reported in a press release.

With more than 45,600 paid laser procedures performed in the third quarter, the year-over-year volume increased 21% in the company’s centers and by 9% in its access business, according to the press release. During the quarter, customized LASIK procedures accounted for 55% of center volumes.

Net profit for the company was $3.3 million, compared with a net loss in the year-ago quarter, according to the release. The company expects growth to continue “through the remainder of 2004 and into 2005,” said Jim Wachtman, TLCVision’s chief executive officer, in the release.
