TORONTO — TLC Vision reported total net revenues for fiscal 2003 of $195.7 million, up 19% from the previous year, the company announced in a news release. Revenues from other health care services generated 25% of total net revenues, the company noted.

In addition to its laser centers, the company’s rheopheresis blood filtration process is currently in a phase 3 trial. The process has been designed to delay the progression of dry age-related macular degeneration. According to a company press release, “in many instances, rheopheresis has actually improved patients’ vision.”
