ST. LOUIS — TLC Vision has acquired mobile glaucoma screening services company Mobile Diagnostics, the company announced in a press release, and will integrate it into its cataract subsidiary.
Mobile Diagnostics provides mobile glaucoma scanning services to both optometrists and ophthalmologists. It uses the GDx VCC exams and the Ocular Blood Flow Analyzer, TLC said in the release.
According to the company, the acquisition is part of its strategy to diversify its eye care services business.
