SAN DIEGO — SynergEyes has launched a new hybrid contact lens specifically designed for patients with presbyopia, the company announced.
The SynergEyes Multifocal hybrid contact lens combines both hard and soft contact lens materials, incorporating the comfort associated with soft contact lenses with the high-definition optics of a rigid lens.
The contact lens directs vision through two distinct areas of focus, one area for distance correction and one for near correction, the release said.
