DEPEW, N.Y. – Medtronic has sold its entire tonometry product line to Reichert, the company said in a press release. Included in the product sale are the Tono-Pen XL handheld tonometer and Model 30 Classic Pneumatonometer, Reichert said in the release.

Financial details of the sale were not released. Further details on the timing of the sale were also not released.

Reichert introduced the first noncontact tonometer almost 30 years ago, the press release said.
