ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Bausch & Lomb (NYSE: BOL) declared Feb. 27 a regular quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share on the common stock of the company. The dividend was payable April 2 to shareholders of record at the close of the business day on March 9.

PEAPACK, N.J. — Pharmacia (NYSE: PHA) announced Feb. 21 that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend on $0.12 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on May 1, 2001, to shareholders of record on April 10.
