SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Ophthalmic Imaging Systems reported net revenues of $3.6 million for the fourth quarter of 2007, a decrease compared with net revenues of $4.4 million for the same period in 2006.

Net income for the fourth-quarter 2007 totaled $0.1 million, or $0.01 per basic share, also a decrease compared with net income of $0.6 million, or $0.04 per basic share, for the fourth-quarter 2006, according to a press release from the company.

For the full-year 2007, OIS reported net revenues of $14.5 million, a decrease compared with net revenues of $15.8 million for the full-year 2006. Net income for the full-year 2007 totaled $1.6 million, or $0.09 per basic share, compared with $2.2 million, or $0.14 per basic share, for the full-year 2006, according to the release.
