SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Ophthalmic Imaging Systems reported net revenues of $10.9 million for the first 9 months of 2007, a decrease compared with its net revenues of $11.4 million for the same period last year, according to a press release from the company.

OIS reported third quarter net revenues of $3.2 million and third quarter net income of $0.3 million, or $0.02 per basic share. Net income for the first 9 months of 2007 totaled $1.5 million, or $0.09 per basic share.

As of Sept. 30, OIS reported $9.8 million in total shareholder equity, the release said.
