MELBOURNE, Australia – Norwood Abbey has signed an exclusive partnership with the German company Schwind to incorporate Norwood’s epi-LASIK technology into Schwind’s laser systems in the German and Swiss markets, according to a press release.
Norwood noted that Schwind is the first ophthalmic company that manufactures its own microkeratomes to adopt the Norwood epi-LASIK technology.
Terms of the agreement were not released.
