MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. — Iridex Corp. reported an 11% revenue increase to $9.1 million during the third quarter of 2005, up from $8.2 million during the same quarter in 2004, the company said in a news release.

Ophthalmology sales grew to $7.9 million for the third quarter of 2005, an increase of 10% compared to the previous year’s quarter, the release noted.
