ALAMEDA, Calif. — InSite Vision announced that its securities are now eligible for trading on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board under the new trading symbol "INSV."

In addition, InSite's common stock is also available for quotation on the Pink OTC Markets under the ticker "INSV," according to a press release from the company.

This follows the announcement earlier this month that the NYSE AMEX Listing Qualifications Panel had affirmed its prior decision to delist the company's common stock for failing to comply with the exchange's continued listing standards.
