RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. — Eyefinity/OfficeMate and Nidek have entered into a partnership to market an equipment interface for Eyefinity/OfficeMate's ExamWRITER version 9.5 and Nidek's NAVIS-EX software, the companies announced.

The interface will allow users to display images captured on Nidek's fundus photography devices, including the AFC-230/AFC-210 non-mydriatic autofocus fundus camera and the F-10 digital scanning laser ophthalmoscope, using the ExamWRITER software, according to a press release.

"Our newest partnership with Eyefinity/OfficeMate allows Nidek to better serve our customers by linking our diagnostic products with Eyefinity/OfficeMate's EHR solutions," Motoki Ozawa, president of Nidek, said in the release. "The seamless connection between our NAVIS-EX platform and ExamWRITER will greatly increase practice efficiencies."
