DUBLIN, Calif. Carl Zeiss Meditec has acquired all assets related to the manufacturing of two glaucoma diagnostic products from Welch Allyn, the company's original equipment manufacturer supplier, according to a press release.
The agreement between the long-standing partners will transfer assets related mainly to IP and manufacturing rights and design know-how, the release said. Terms of the agreement were not made public.
