ROCHESTER, N.Y. Bausch & Lomb has received an additional extension for continued listing and trading on the New York Stock Exchange, the company announced in a press release.
The extension gives the company until March 1, 2007, to file its annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended Dec. 31, 2005. If Bausch & Lomb does not meet this deadline, the NYSE could grant a final extension or begin suspension and delisting procedures, according to the release.
