ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Bausch & Lomb declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share on its common stock, the company announced.

The dividend is payable Monday, Oct. 2, 2006, to shareholders on record at the close of the business day on Friday, Sept. 1, 2006, according to a press release.
