Other members of the committee include Emmett F. Carpel, MD; Gary J.L. Foster, MD; Bonnie An Henderson, MD, FACS; Michael F. Oats, MD; Paul N. Orloff, MD; John D. Polansky, MD; and Paul L. Wright, MD.
