SANTA ANA, Calif. — Advanced Medical Optics Inc. has received a nonexclusive, worldwide license to Tracey Technologies Corp.'s ray tracing wavefront technology, AMO announced.

The agreement replaces a March 2003 licensing deal between Tracey Technologies and Visx Inc., which AMO acquired in May 2005.
