Allergan announces Horizon grant recipients
ATLANTA — Allergan announced the Horizon fellowship grant recipients during a company-sponsored media event here at the American Academy of Ophthalmology meeting.
The grants award $50,000 to academic medical institutions toward fellowships in glaucoma, cornea and retinal diseases.
This year's recipients were James Aquavella, MD; Steven McLeod, MD; Russell Van Gelder, MD, PhD; John Huang, MD; Edward Barnett, MD, PhD; Carl Camras, MD; Milam Brantley, MD, PhD; and George Williams, MD.
