他说,27名用高剂量CNTF治疗的患者,地图状萎缩的面积平均缩小了1.3 mm²。高剂量和低剂量治疗组的黄斑面积分别平均增加了0.5 mm²和0.3 mm²。
普里菲托博士说:一项2期研究的期中结果显示出缩小地图状萎缩面积、增加OCT黄斑面积这些有前景的生物学趋势。
