DENVER — A child’s understanding of a migraine may not align with diagnostic criteria, highlighting the need for greater transparency in defining “migraine day,” Danielle Kellier, BS, said at the American Headache Society’s annual meeting.
“This just means that these are two different measures of a migraine day, which is one of the most commonly used measures of efficacy in clinical trials,” Kellier, an MD-PhD student in epidemiology at the University of Pennsylvania, said.
