CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Researchers found that sleep variability, depression and age significantly predicted cognitive impairment at 10 years, according to a study presented here at SLEEP 2022.
Samantha Keil, PhD, department of psychiatry and behavioral sciences, University of Washington, Seattle, said that recognizing instability in patients in clinic could indicate a need for therapeutic intervention.
