Dialyze Direct intends to acquire Compass Home Dialysis

Dialyze Direct announced it has signed a letter of intent to obtain Compass Home Dialysis on or before Feb. 28, 2022.
According to the press release, Compass Home Dialysis is a regional dialysis provider in Pennsylvania with on-site services in nine skilled nursing facilities in addition to an outpatient dialysis clinic.
“Compass is a dialysis provider with a patient-first approach to care, and we believe that Dialyze Direct is the right partner to take our patient care model to the next level in order to meet the unique needs of today’s underserved market,” Efraim Elchonen, CEO of Compass, said in the release.
In January 2022, Dialyze Direct announced its acquisition of Renew Dialysis from Saber Healthcare. The addition of Compass will expand its on-site dialysis services to more than 130 skilled nursing facilities across 13 states.
